Qualifications

• Five or more years of program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning experience in aerospace/defense or similar complex technical environments.
• Experience in program cost control, performance measurement, and earned value analysis on aerospace/defense programs.
• Familiarity with corporate finance planning cycles, budgeting, and forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, cost reporting tools, and familiarity with Microsoft Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned with program schedules.
• Support PMB development and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) per contract type and lifecycle.
• Prepare and analyze program performance metrics: BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance, and EAC.
• Collaborate with the Program Controls Scheduler to ensure robust cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance to align program reporting with financial planning cycles.
• Ensure program tools and processes meet financial reporting and control needs.
• Interface with PMs, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement to develop ETC estimates.
• Monitor and report program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Support proposal pricing, BOE development, and transition from pursuit to execution.
• Contribute to improving cost control processes and tool integrations.
