Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Controls Analyst to join the Program Planning & Controls team. You will ensure cost-schedule integration, oversee PMB/IBRs where required, and manage performance metrics across DoD, NASA, and commercial contracts.

Based in San Diego or Long Beach, CA, you will partner with finance, contracts, and engineering to align forecasts with business objectives, drive EVMS compliance, and support tool integrations like ForProject and Empower.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace, defense, or similarly complex environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in program cost control and earned value analysis in aerospace/defense programs.
• Proficiency with Excel, cost reporting tools, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts aligned to program schedules.
• Prepare PMBs and facilitate IBRs where required; tailor processes to contract type and lifecycle.
• Analyze program performance metrics using BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variances, and EAC.
• Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance to align reporting and forecasting with business objectives.
• Develop Estimates to Complete with Program Managers, CAMs, Eng, Contracts, and Procurement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs and trends; support internal and customer reviews.
• Assist with proposal pricing, BOE development, and transition from pursuit to execution.
