Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Program Controls Analyst to ensure cost-schedule integration and disciplined execution across a portfolio serving DoD, NASA, and commercial clients. You’ll drive PMB, EVMS reporting, and tool transitions to a single enterprise solution.

You’ll collaborate with finance, contracts, and program teams to maintain accurate forecasts, analyze performance, and support proposal pricing while ensuring compliance with ANSI/EIA-748 standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace/defense.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
• Experience in cost control, performance measurement, and earned value analysis.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting in a programmatic context.
• Proficiency in Excel, cost reporting tools, and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of EVM principles and ANSI/EIA-748.
• Clear communication with technical teams and finance stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals and forecasts aligned to program schedules.
• Support PMB creation and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) per contract type and lifecycle.
• Prepare program performance metrics: BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, EAC.
• Collaborate with the Scheduler to ensure cost-schedule integration and EVMS reporting.
• Interface with corporate finance to align reporting and forecasting with plans.
• Ensure tools and processes meet financial reporting and control needs.
• Work with PMs, CAMs, E&Contracts to develop Estimates to Complete (ETC).
• Monitor and report performance using KPIs and dashboards.
• Support proposal pricing, BOEs, and transition from pursuit to execution.
• Assist internal/customer reviews: PMRs, financial reviews, data calls.
• Contribute to cost control process improvements and tool integrations.
• Support training and development of analysts and EVMS policy implementation.
