The Advanced Effectors (AE) Product Area, within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit, seeks an onsite Program Controls Analyst (P3) to support a large key strategic development program.

Responsibilities

• Drive Contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance, variance analysis, and quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
• Prepare EVMS CDRL documentation (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR) and perform data analysis and reporting.
• Establish and maintain baselines.
• Analyze and review monthly forecasting with program leadership and various functions.
• Support monthly financial planning forecast/close process (Rplan), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Long‑Range Plan (LRP).

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field & 5 years related experience, or advanced degree & 3 years related experience.

Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, PowerPoint, ERP Systems (such as SAP Business Systems PRISM, SAP, AO reporting), and accounting principles/practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and/or Estimate at Completion.
• Experience with ForProject and PowerBI.
• Ability to meet critical deadlines and develop process improvements.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Team player.

Salary

Estimated salary range: $82,000 - $164,000 USD.
