• Must maintain confidentiality per HIPAA.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience working in an office setting preferred.
• Must comply with the Tribe’s Drug-Free Workplace Policy including potential random drug tests.

Responsabilidades

• Greet the public professionally and assist clients with information and services.
• Answer calls and route messages to staff.
• Open, stamp, sort, and distribute mail; prepare outgoing mail.
• Receive, process, and distribute medications from the pharmacy to clients.
• Maintain filing systems per federal guidelines and office practices.
• Schedule clinic appointments and send reminders for services.
• Process medical records for scheduled clinical services.
• Process collections for rendered services per policy.
• Coordinate program information routing and staff communication.
• Support site performance improvement and safety with on-site staff.
