Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience managing medium to large/complex initiatives from initiation through completion.
• 10+ years’ experience creating and implementing strategic initiatives for group-wide business initiatives.
• 5+ year’s previous experience in a management consultancy role/function or Business Management role/function.
• Honed communication skills with exceptional ability to negotiate and facilitate collaboration.
• Effective leadership ability to drive successful execution of project plans; ability to plan, prioritize and set goals.
• Exhibit an enthusiastic leadership style, driven and results oriented; comfortable working in a partnering environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organize, facilitate, coordinate and implement strategic initiatives to meet group or company goals.
• Provide oversight to regulatory and policy affairs initiatives related to business unit analysis, planning, and metrics reporting.
• Manage or facilitate large cross-group projects and lead work stream efforts as necessary.
• Lead end-to-end projects with lifecycle phases from initiation to closing for long-term, high-impact programs.
• Develop engagement strategies translating project impacts into stakeholder action.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sponsors and partners to clarify and define project requirements.
