Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years’ experience managing complex projects or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced project management skills with cross-project dependencies.
• Advanced facilitation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to network with stakeholders and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Miro, Wrike).
• Experience using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Lead High-Priority (Tier 1) Projects and drive them from discovery through closure.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration with executives, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Lead change management plans for successful adoption.
• Manage risks and interdependencies across projects.
• Mentor project managers and matrixed team members.
• Strategically coordinate resources with the Project Portfolio Manager.
• Oversee vendor relationships and due diligence.
• Deliver executive-level status updates and portfolio metrics.
• Foster continuous improvement through lessons learned.
