Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Wrike).
• Experience with Mavenlink preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and transform insights into decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain PM processes, tools, and documentation.
• Enhance governance with metrics, reporting and KPIs.
• Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate retrospectives and drive process improvements.
