Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with deadlines.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills.

• Experience coordinating across departments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and operations for programs with significant business, regulatory or technical challenges.
• Evaluate programs, identify issues, and develop policy or procedural changes.
• Review trends and advise on goals for the program or function.
• Represent the program within the department and to external stakeholders.
• Develop outreach strategy including relationship building and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and reporting where applicable.
• Assess training needs and develop related programs.
• Possibly supervise staff.
