• Lead planning and operations for high-touch on-campus and blended programs.
• Independently implement, administer, and evaluate day-to-day activities of the program by identifying tasks and allocating resources.
• Support faculty to redesign programs based on client needs and market opportunities.
• Develop and oversee an outreach strategy including participant and client relationships.
• May develop and oversee budgets and financial reporting for programs.
• Assess training needs and develop related training.
• Demonstrate strong relevant subject matter knowledge.
