Stanford Graduate School of Business in Palo Alto seeks an Associate Director, Strategy & Curricular Support to develop and manage co-curricular programs central to the student experience. The role combines program design, advising, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate has MBA or equivalent, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort guiding a team and translating insights using Excel, Tableau, Python/R/SQL, and Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• MBA (or demonstrated equivalent experience) is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing, launching and managing programs.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into opportunities for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to own workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage co-curricular program(s) central to the GSB student academic experience.
• Advise students with sound judgment and navigating complex policy requirements.
• Analyze and translate data insights using Excel, PowerPoint, Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R/SQL, SAS, and/or Google Analytics.
• Direct and/or supervise staff as needed.
