Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible experience in consulting, finance, engineering, or other highly analytic disciplines; Master’s may substitute for up to 2 years.
• Strong Excel modeling and quantitative analysis required.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams and influence decision makers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and business process reviews to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support interdepartmental and interagency projects to drive strategic initiatives.
• Provide analytic support to inform critical financial decisions and cost structure improvements.
• Contribute to project management and implementation across initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
