Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC invites applicants for a Program Analyst III to lead manpower studies and force management initiatives for INSCOM, G-3 FM. Based at Fort Belvoir, VA, you will drive data-driven analysis, develop reports, and coordinate with MSCs and HQ staff to support stationing and workload optimization.

The role requires 10+ years in workload analysis or force management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, TS/SCI clearance, and ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in workload analysis or force management.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred/required.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead manpower requirements determination per AR 570-4.
• Develop reports and presentations for INSCOM.
• Coordinate tasking with INSCOM and HQDA.
• Maintain trackers and status reports.
• Support Change Management Plans and TAA documentation.
