Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of force development experience (AR 71-32).
• Experience with FMSWeb, IPPS-A, PAMWEB, and MOCS.
• 6+ years using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Develop Force Design Updates (FDUs) in accordance with Army regulations.
• Analyze personnel data and recommend workforce solutions.
• Coordinate with CASCOM and TRADOC stakeholders.
• Maintain and update force structure data (FMSWeb, IPPS-A).
• Support Military Occupational Classification System (MOCS) updates.
• Participate in planning teams and assessment efforts.
• Produce data visualizations and monthly reporting products.
