Job summary

The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) at Fort Belvoir, VA, seeks a civilian intelligence professional to develop and manage force structure programs and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

You will coordinate with HQDA, DoD agencies, and other stakeholders, present complex force management issues, and ensure resource allocation through the Total Army Analysis process and related guidance.

Qualifications

• Developing and implementing force structure changes.
• Preparing publishing requirement and authorization documents such as Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOE), Modified Tables of Organization of Equipment (MTOE), Tables of Distribution and Allowances (TDA), and/or Augmentation Tables of Distribution and Allowances (AUGTDA)
• Executing force structure functions such as Force Design Updates (FDUs), Change Management Plans (CMPs), equipping, stationing, or/and manpower studies and assessments.
• Executing annual command plan actions to document no growth changes to MTOE, AUGTDA, TDA.
• Presenting briefings to leadership to secure concurrence on Force Structure changes.
