Job summary

A government service provider in Jacksonville, NC is seeking a Sr Program Analyst to manage comprehensive Lessons Learned programs for the II Marine Expeditionary Force. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience, ideally with Marine Corps background. The candidate will facilitate data collection, analyze findings, and generate reports to enhance operational effectiveness. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Retired or Former Marine Corps Senior Enlisted (E-8/E-9) or Officer strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite at II MEF facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive Lessons Learned programs.
• Collect and compile After Action Reports from exercises.
• Prepare detailed reports and briefings on trends and observations.

Skills

Experience in Marine Corps special operations

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, Leadership, or related field

Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course
