Job summary

A government service provider in Quantico, VA is seeking a Sr Program Analyst with extensive military experience to support Command Element operations. The ideal candidate will lead analyses of MAGTF exercises and mentor junior analysts while synthesizing complex information across multiple functions. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree, senior-level military experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with military leaders. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior-level military experience on a MEF or higher staff.
• Senior level experience (E-9 or O-5 and above) required.
• Retired Marine Corps Sergeant Major or Senior Officer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lessons Learned analysis for MAGTF exercises.
• Develop and conduct interviews with leadership.
• Synthesize complex lessons across multiple staff functions.

Understanding of MAGTF Command Element organization
