Job summary

A military support organization is seeking a Senior Lessons Learned Analyst to work at Quantico, VA. This role focuses on analyzing Command Element operations within the Marine Air-Ground Task Force. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Command Element-focused Lessons Learned analysis for MAGTF exercises.
• Conduct interviews with senior leaders and key personnel.
• Draft formal Lessons Learned report sections with detailed analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts on CE operations and LL collection methodologies.
