A military support organization is seeking a Senior Lessons Learned Analyst to work at Quantico, VA. This role focuses on analyzing Command Element operations within the Marine Air-Ground Task Force. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Lead Command Element-focused Lessons Learned analysis for MAGTF exercises.
Conduct interviews with senior leaders and key personnel.
Draft formal Lessons Learned report sections with detailed analysis.
Mentor junior analysts on CE operations and LL collection methodologies.
