Job summary

A government service provider in New Orleans seeks a Program Analyst to support Marine Forces Reserve. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing Lessons Learned, coaching Reserve units, and developing tailored collection tools. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and extensive experience with Marine Corps structures. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Retired or former Marine Corps Senior Enlisted (E-8/E-9) or Officer preferred.
• Experience as an Infantryman or in combat arms MOS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect and compile Lessons Learned from Marine Reserve units.
• Coach and mentor units in After Action Report (AAR) production.
• Analyze trends and challenges in Reserve operations.

Skills

Understanding of Marine Corps Reserve structure

Coaching and mentoring skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently

Interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in History, Political Science, Leadership, or related field

Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College
