Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Retired or former Marine Corps Senior Enlisted (E-8/E-9) or Officer preferred.
Experience as an Infantryman or in combat arms MOS desirable.

Collect and compile Lessons Learned from Marine Reserve units.
Coach and mentor units in After Action Report (AAR) production.
Analyze trends and challenges in Reserve operations.
