Corner Alliance, a dynamic government-focused consultancy in the Washington, DC area, seeks an experienced Program Analyst to support federal operations and drive results.

You will combine analysis, policy development, and strategic planning to advance division priorities, with cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior government stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 5–7+ years, an active SECRET clearance, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 5 years.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a federal environment.
• Ability to translate requirements into structured work plans and processes.
• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience engaging with senior government leaders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of division priorities and objectives.
• Conduct market research to maximize impact and minimize costs.
• Develop staffing plans and standard operating procedures across the office.
• Manage and reconcile meeting expenditures; input data into ROI metrics.
• Support workforce development and training initiatives.
• Oversee records and knowledge management processes.
• Analyze program output data and measure division impact.
• Identify program strengths and weaknesses and propose improvements.
• Support the client’s knowledge management initiative.
