VT Group (VTG) in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Program Analyst / Executive Assistant to support Navy leadership at the Navy Yard. This is a 100% onsite role providing on-demand professional support to Flag Officers, Executive Directors and the COS for the Deputy Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Deputy Combatants.

You will manage communications, analytics, strategic planning, briefing development, and schedule/travel coordination, while enhancing data usage and process efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 7–12 years of experience in DOD analyst support including flag level strategy planning, communication approaches, brief development, knowledge management, and EA experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
• SharePoint knowledge/experience.
• DTS experience.
• MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Access, Excel).
• Proactive, customer service oriented with management experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and knowledge management support, strategic planning, brief development, and tasking tracking for leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, messaging, and communication support; develop briefs and point papers.
• Analyze data and metrics to improve data gathering, filing, and rapid access.
• Develop strategic initiatives to improve business practices and data utilization.
