Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support Signature Trial and Release Readiness initiatives within the Customer Success organization. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, maintain plans, and prepare concise leadership materials.

You will collaborate with Offer Management, Cloud Success, and other teams to surface risks, ensure timely progress, and develop clear slides and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a program coordination, project support, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to summarize updates clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution of assigned programs, including Signature trial program and release readiness overview.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, milestones, schedules, and status trackers to help teams stay organized and on time.
• Coordinate meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up with partners on agreed deliverables.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate information from multiple stakeholders for program updates and leadership materials.
• Build and refresh clear, accurate Google Slides presentations, including the release readiness overview deck.
• Track basic program metrics, participation, feedback, and progress; identify trends or gaps for discussion with program leads.
• Flag risks, blockers, or conflicting information early and help coordinate follow-up or escalation.
• Support consistent communications, documentation, and process improvements across workstreams.
• Assist with operational questions and ad hoc analysis by researching issues, organizing findings, and recommending practical next steps.
• Contribute to other Account Success projects and priorities as assigned.
