Qualifications

• 5+ years of Surgical Cardiology Profee EM coding experience.
• Must be currently certified through AAPC or AHIMA with active status.

Responsibilities

• Code diagnostic and procedural information per national guidelines.
• Abstract records and ensure complete, accurate documentation for reimbursement.
• Mentor less experienced staff and support onboarding.
• Address NCCI edits and ensure compliance with CMS and HCFA guidelines.
