Position overview: Design and develop a robust products and services model and delivery methodology aligned with the bank's technical and operational goals. Identify areas for process improvement, implement changes to enhance efficiency, and provide training on new models, including Agile practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational needs are met in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage ET demand process aligning resources with enterprise priorities.
2. Monitor the health of the ET portfolio, including intake, planning, and execution.
3. Lead internal and external teams in project management, analysis, and communication.
4. Engage with risk partners for project review and mitigation.
5. Contribute to project prioritization and portfolio planning.
6. Build relationships with key leaders for support and coordination.
7. Manage Organizational Change Management to ensure successful change adoption.
8. Provide dashboards and summaries to leadership on portfolio health.

Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience.
• 9-11 years in managing enterprise technology or similar, plus 12+ years in project/program/portfolio management.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Proven skills in technology management, financial oversight, risk management, and stakeholder influence.
