Senior Products and Services Coach - Technology

This role involves designing and developing a robust products and services model and delivery methodology aligned with the bank's technical and operational goals. Responsibilities include identifying process improvements, implementing changes to enhance efficiency, and providing training on new models and Agile practices. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams such as IT, Enterprise Change, finance, risk management, and business lines to meet organizational needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and manage the ET demand process aligned with enterprise and technology priorities.
• Oversee the health and effectiveness of the ET change portfolio, including intake, planning, and execution.
• Lead internal and external teams to ensure effective project management, business analysis, and communication.
• Engage with risk partners for project review, oversight, and mitigation planning.
• Contribute to project prioritization and planning across the ET portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with key leaders to support delivery plans.
• Manage Organizational Change Management (OCM) to facilitate successful change initiatives.
• Provide dashboards and summaries to keep leadership informed about portfolio health.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 9-11 years of experience managing enterprise technology organizations and project portfolios.
• 3-5 years of managerial experience.
• Proven leadership in technology management, financial oversight, risk management, and stakeholder influence.

Remote/telecommuting options may be available for highly qualified candidates.
