Cognizant is seeking an experienced and innovative HCM/HR Systems Scrum Master to serve our diverse global clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR/Payroll systems. Exposure to Workday is a plus but not mandatory; experience with other HR/HCM systems like Peoplesoft, including implementation or maintenance projects, will also be considered.

The Role

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies, collaborate with business partners, establish project schedules, lead technical discussions, and monitor project progress.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master/Coach with over 5 years of experience in an HR systems environment (project management skills preferred).
• Proven experience in implementing Workday HCM or other HCM SaaS solutions.
• Skilled in engaging with business partners, establishing project schedules, and leading technical discussions.
• Knowledge of the Human Resources and Payroll domain is desired but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with various SaaS solutions in HR/Payroll and COTS solutions.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $138,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The role is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to performance.
