Job description

ARCOSA Lightweight is seeking a Senior Production Worker for our Shepherdsville, KY plant. This role involves supporting a safety-focused culture by managing activities and staff within a 24/7 aggregate environment regulated by MSHA standards. As a Senior Production Worker, you will be part of the team producing our products.

Arcosa Lightweight is a leading producer and distributor of lightweight and natural aggregates across the Western and Southwestern U.S., including expanded shale and clay, crushed stone, sand, gravel, asphalt rock, and other products.

Responsibilities include operating machinery such as excavators, dozers, motor graders, skid steers, water trucks, and maintenance trucks to move materials, as well as ensuring proper identification of parts and materials. What You'll Do:

• Follow all safety and regulatory procedures
• Operate at least two types of mobile equipment
• Perform maintenance and inspections on equipment and work areas
• Assist with various operational tasks including maintaining equipment, managing materials, and ensuring safety compliance
• Participate in safety initiatives and committees as needed

What You'll Need:

• Reliable attendance
• Ability to stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Ability to operate multiple types of mobile equipment
