What You'll be Doing

Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind? You will be responsible for ensuring customer data is accurately entered and complies with regulations. Whether it's providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, you'll make the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience.

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Fulfill customer requests with the appropriate supplies/materials.
• Receive, unload, check, and stock new transponder inventory, supplies, and customer materials; retrieve items for distribution as needed.
• Conduct research to provide answers and resolve customer issues.

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 6 months of data entry experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Product or service knowledge with the ability to recognize, explain, and apply it.
• Computer proficiency.
• Data entry skills (35 wpm).
