Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Production Technician II in Columbus, OH to operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous process improvement, with potential domestic travel during training.

Shifts are full-time on 3rd shift (9:30pm–6:00am); overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required. Pay starts at $25.34/hr with up to $0.75 shift differential, rising to $26.65/hr after six months.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills (MS Office).
• Basic understanding of math for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 50 pounds frequently.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform related work to ensure line quality.
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs and adjustments.
• Record data as required (charts, process adjustments, etc.).
• Perform standard maintenance activities (AM/PM) and changeovers.
