Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Production Technician II for our Northlake, IL facility. The role focuses on operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position includes machine changeovers, data recording, and small equipment adjustments. This is a full-time 2nd shift role (Mon-Fri, 1:30pm–10:00pm) with potential overtime, travel during training, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Basic understanding and application of mathematical skills for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand on manufacturing floor for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line for quality and efficiency.
• Perform setup, changeovers, and replenish production materials.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
• Record data and adjustments based on observations.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in work areas.
• Perform autonomous (AM) and preventive (PM) maintenance tasks.
