Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility. You will support safety, quality, and efficiency through proactive maintenance and process improvements.

Responsibilities include setting up machinery, monitoring line quality, troubleshooting, recording data, and performing routine AM/PM maintenance. Travel may be required during training period.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with and on automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer and software skills including Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of mathematics for production calculations and loss/waste analysis.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance.
• Frequent kneeling, bending, squatting, stooping and overhead reaching with repetitive motion.
• Must be available to work extended hours and flexible time across departments as needed.
• Aseptic manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.
• Operate and monitor line for defects and ensure line quality.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
• Record data as required (charts, process changes).
• Perform standard Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.
• Perform machine changeovers and sanitize equipment.
