Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Production Technician II to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain packaging equipment in a state-of-the-art aseptic facility.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, set up machinery, and oversee changeovers to support safety, quality and throughput. This full-time role on 3rd shift includes data recording, basic maintenance, and potential domestic travel during training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment
• 1 year experience monitoring and performing product quality testing; computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and stand on the manufacturing floor
• Aseptic manufacturing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs duties with a safety first approach
• Ensures work areas are clean and organized at all times
• Set up machinery and replenish production materials as needed
• Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed
• Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.)
• Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities
• Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment
