Job summary

Tosca is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while developing the production team.

You will oversee shipping/receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with maintenance for smooth operations, with a focus on continuous improvement and cost control. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ops experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As our Production Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Service Center, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and team development. You will oversee shipping, receiving, scheduling, and coordinate with the maintenance team to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety policies


• Driving world-class safety performance, reporting incidents, and setting team safety goals


• Leading and developing a high-caliber production team through clear expectations, coaching, and recognition


• Overseeing training on production procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols


• Monitoring and controlling operational costs in line with budget goals


• Leading quality programs and ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, and EH&S standards


• Facilitating daily production to meet customer demands, flexing as needed to support the production line during peak periods


• Holding weekly team meetings and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Pay And Perks

• Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience


• Annual Performance Bonus: Target of 10% of base salary


• Quarterly Incentive Program: Eligibility for a salaried quarterly incentive plan tied to service center performance
