Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing execution at a Carrier facility in Texas. You will manage multiple production lines, ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets while mentoring supervisors and the hourly workforce.

You will drive productivity and continuous improvement, champion lean practices, and partner with engineering, materials, and quality to meet schedule and KPI goals across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience including 2+ years directly managing production supervisors and hourly teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production across assigned lines, meeting build schedules and KPIs.
• Lead production supervisors and hourly team members.
• Own productivity, OEE, labor efficiency and cost control.
• Drive continuous-improvement and 8D problem solving on the floor.
• Collaborate with Materials and Quality to ensure resource availability and quick deviation resolution.
• Enforce standard work, 5S, layered process audits and operational discipline.
