Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Supervisor, Logistics to lead and optimize logistics operations across shifts. You will oversee material receipt, storage, replenishment and shipping support, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to production lines.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics with supervisory experience, ERP/WMS expertise, and strong safety orientation (OSHA). A multi-shift availability is essential for this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years logistics experience with supervising teams.
3+ years ERP/WMS systems experience.
3+ years safety orientation (OSHA) experience.
Availability to support a multi-shift operation.

Responsibilities

Lead logistics teams across shifts (receiving, storage, replenishment, shipping).
Ensure on-time material delivery to production and staged finished goods for shipment.
Own inventory accuracy, cycle-counts, and transaction discipline.
Manage staffing, scheduling, training and performance.
Drive Lean routines, standard work, and 5S in warehouse areas.
