Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Production Technician III to support manufacturing with continuous improvement projects, troubleshoot systems, and assist with equipment and process optimization.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, design and install fixtures, train staff, and drive root-cause analysis for issues on the production line. The role requires hands-on fabrication and strong teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of welding/fabrication experience in a production environment
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the component level
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows operating systems

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and continuous improvement to resolve production issues
• Design, build, and install jigs and fixtures to improve production
• Work with Engineering to bring new equipment and processes to the floor
• Provide training and support to production employees to maximize productivity and quality
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement solutions
• Repair, rebuild, or overhaul manufacturing or service equipment from blueprints and manuals
• Maintain high standards of conduct and comply with company policies
• Build internal testing and perform other duties as assigned
