Job summary

Boston Whaler, a brand within Brunswick Boat Group, is seeking a Production Supervisor III to lead our manufacturing team on the production floor. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while mentoring hourly staff and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and performance.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, conducting root-cause analyses, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with a focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Oversee a line or department and manage front-line staff and leads; plan staffing and interview for open roles.
• Ensure safety compliance, conduct safety audits, and address unsafe conditions.
