Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, is seeking an experienced Production Leader to oversee daily and weekly production planning, coordinate across shifts, balance resources, and solve scheduling constraints under the Plant Manager. You will lead hourly staff, mentor supervisors, and ensure safe, efficient output meeting quality and delivery targets.

The role focuses on developing production plans, managing priorities, and improving performance while maintaining cost efficiency and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong planning, communication and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Profitably operate production process within safety and environmental requirements.
• Develop and adjust daily production plans based on customer priorities and demand.
• Coordinate across shifts and support functions; escalate capacity or staffing issues as needed.
• Provide leadership to hourly employees and develop supervisors.
• Monitor SQDC metrics and drive continuous improvement.
