Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to lead front-line production planning and cross-shift coordination in our Illinois facility. You will develop daily and weekly production plans, balance labor and materials, and ensure on-time delivery.

In this role, you will monitor SQDC metrics, drive continuous improvement, and coach hourly staff while collaborating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and materials teams to maintain safe, efficient production that meets

Qualifications

• Requires 2 to 4 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to develop and adjust production plans, balance resources, and coordinate across shifts.
• Experience using SQDC performance information to identify gaps and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line production planning and cross-shift coordination.
• Develop daily and weekly production plans based on demand, staffing, and capacity.
• Monitor SQDC metrics and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Provide cross-shift coordination and partner with engineering, maintenance, and quality.
• Coach hourly employees, conduct performance reviews, and develop supervisors.
