Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead hourly teams and drive daily/weekly production planning. You will balance staffing, materials, and equipment to meet customer demands while ensuring safety, quality, and cost targets.

Strong problem solving and cross‑shift collaboration are essential to maintain on‑time delivery and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and hands-on coordination across shifts to support a high‑volume manufacturing

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to develop and adjust production plans, balance labor and equipment resources, coordinate across shifts.
• Experience using SQDC performance information to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Profitably operate the production process within safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Develop daily and weekly production plans based on customer priorities, demand, staffing, material needs, and capacity.
• Coordinate cross-shift requirements and escalate decisions affecting commitments, overtime, or capacity.
• Monitor production performance using SQDC metrics and lead corrective actions.
• Provide leadership for hourly employees and support development of supervisors.
