Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line performance, analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on equipment use and resources.
• Implement and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Provide leadership, direction, and motivation to the production team, promoting teamwork.
• Handle labor relations in a union setting, including conflict resolution and negotiations.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
