Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Harlan, IA. You will lead hourly production line workers, plan daily schedules, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a senior-level background, 2+ years supervisory experience, 3-5 years manufacturing experience, and strong communication skills. Relocation assistance is available to support joining our growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 3-5 years manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to work in cold/wet environment; lift 30-90 lbs intermittently; flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct hourly production line workers across assigned shift
• Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules; manage line changeovers and downtime
• Own daily production reporting, yield performance, and labor cost accountability
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and internal quality control standards
• Conduct pre-shift safety inspections of work areas
• Process hourly payroll, vacation, and PTO; communicate scheduling needs to Operations Manager
• Drive continuous improvement in throughput, methods, and working conditions
• Maintain accurate digital/paper reporting and distribute to appropriate stakeholders
