Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• 6 months to 1 year of related production experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and production operators.
• Ensure employees are at assigned work areas and workloads are adequate.
• Maintain workflow and safe, clean production environment.
• Meet quality standards using production and quality metrics.
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Work with HR on hiring, training and employee development.
• Approve PTO and leave schedules for staff.
• Ensure employees are trained on company objectives, policies and safety standards.
• Review performance with management on a regular basis.
• Ensure equipment repairs are coordinated with Maintenance.
• Communicate with customers to address concerns promptly.
