Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in welding, fabrication, assembly or heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline teams to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
• Coordinate welding, fabrication, and assembly on multiple shifts.
• Identify and remove production bottlenecks and allocate resources accordingly.
• Develop people through coaching, feedback and hands-on leadership.
• Ensure schedules are met and drive continuous improvement across the operation.
