Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior Director to lead production and materials planning across three manufacturing facilities in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role requires developing master production schedules, balancing demand with capacity, and guiding a distributed team of schedulers and planners.

You will partner with Procurement, Operations, and Quality to ensure materials availability, resolve capacity constraints, and support SIOP/IBP processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production planning or supply planning in manufacturing.
• Experience leading production planners, schedulers, or similar roles.
• Direct MPS and RCCP experience in a multi-plant environment.
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, or CPG manufacturing.
• Strong MRP/ERP and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SIOP/S&OP or Integrated Business Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and materials planning across three manufacturing facilities.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules balancing demand and capacity.
• Use RCCP to identify constraints before impact on commitments.
• Oversee detailed production scheduling considering capacity, changeovers, and maintenance.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of schedulers and material planners.
• Establish planning processes, expectations, and performance measures.
• Partner with Procurement to ensure materials availability when production starts.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts and risks.
• Support SIOP/IBP translating demand plans into supply plans.
• Improve inventory performance while maintaining service levels.
• Evaluate planning technology and tools for visibility and decision-making.
• Develop KPIs and reporting around schedule adherence and capacity.
• Communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma.
