Job summary

You'll spend time on the floor with frontline teams, solving problems, removing obstacles and keeping production moving, with opportunities for overtime and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and production in welding, fabrication, assembly and finishing operations.

• Coach frontline supervisors and floor workers to improve performance.
• Work across shifts; manage overtime and weekend coverage as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving on the floor.
