Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and adjust resources to ensure product delivery.
• Oversee and assess the performance of team members.
• Manage and ensure proper maintenance of production tools and equipment, keeping them in optimal condition.
• Coordinate activities with inspection and test departments.
• B.S. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an electronics contract manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read electronics drawings, blue prints, and schematics.
• Ability to identify electronic components.
• Proficient in circuit board assembly including hand, surface mount, and through-hole soldering methods.
• Possess PCB in-process and final inspection experience.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 Soldering Standards. IPC-A-610 certification a plus.
