Wellex Corporation is seeking a Senior Production Supervisor to oversee daily PCB manufacturing operations in Fremont, CA. You will direct production schedules, allocate resources, and lead a team to meet delivery timelines while upholding quality standards.

Key requirements include a B.S. in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field, 3+ years in electronics contract manufacturing, and proficiency with reading drawings and PCB assembly methods. IPC-A-610 knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing.
• Ability to read electronics drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 soldering standards; IPC-A-610 certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage, supervise, and direct production schedules and activities of the PCB Department, including setting up and assigning jobs based on priority.
• Review and adjust resources to ensure product delivery.
• Oversee and assess the performance of team members.
• Maintain production tools and equipment in optimal condition.
• Coordinate activities with inspection and test departments.
