Results-driven Electronics Operations professional with hands‑on experience in PCB assembly, electronics manufacturing, final assembly, testing, inventory management, and production supervision. Skilled in managing high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing environments while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and on‑time production delivery. Experienced in PCB troubleshooting, electronic testing, soldering standards, and working with automated test systems, multimeters, ESD controls, schematics, and assembly documentation. Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve production issues, improve first‑pass yield, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Proficient in ERP systems, supply chain coordination, inventory control, and materials management with strong leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Must Have

• Hands‑on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging operations. and PCB assembly, PCB testing, troubleshooting, and electronic manufacturing operations.
• Skilled in using automated test systems, multimeters, ESD controls, and technical documentation.
• Skilled in final assembly, electronic testing, packaging, and quality inspection processes.
• Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, soldering practices, and IPC‑compliant standards.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules, inventory control, and operational priorities effectively.
• Experienced in ERP systems, shipping/receiving, materials storage, and supply chain coordination.
• Collaborated closely with Engineering and QA teams to resolve technical and production issues.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills in high‑mix, low‑volume production environments.
