Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in production.
• Recognized mechanical or electrical qualification required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP production control systems.

• Lead and improve staff performance, motivation and safety.
• Drive production targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, Scheduler, engineers, logistics.
